a temporary window installation for Two Fools restaurant

@3211 Central Ave NE, Albuquerque

Funded by City of Albuquerque

This piece was created for “Shop and Glow,” a winter holiday-themed light event that brought artists and small businesses together along the Nob Hill commercial corridor in Albuquerque. Commissioned artists created temporary installations that could quickly and inexpensively occupy one of the host business’ public-facing windows, bringing maximum visual impact to the street while respecting the restrictions of Covid and the business’ interior architecture. I worked with Two Fools, an Irish pub-themed stalwart among Nob Hill restaurants, to create an uplifting message during a chaotic and uncertain time in the pandemic. “All Will Be Well” is a reference to the medieval mystic, Julian of Norwich.
